As Global Creative Director, I ran The Body Shop’s in-house agency, The Greenhouse.

My leadership allowed me to create an inclusive creative collective, working across in-store, e-com, packaging, pos, advertising, social, PR, and brand communications. In addition to creating global communications, I consulted on key campaigns for local market teams.

Community Fair Trade Stories

From a series celebrating our Community Fair Trade partners around the world. Get Paper Industry provides jobs for hundreds of marginalised women in Kathmandu, Nepal. True artisans, they hand-make our gift boxes and gift bags, using traditional Nepalese methods.

SHEA BUTTER: The Body Shop & Tungteiya Women's Association

Based in Tamale, Northern Ghana - The Tungteiya Women’s Association is home to over 650 shea butter producers and 11,000 shea nut pickers. The shea producers use traditional methods, passed down through generations, to make the finest shea butter products. Unlike other industries, the money they make is their own, helping provide for their families.

TEA TREE: The Body Shop & Kutoka Ardhini

Based in the foothills around Mount Kenya, our partnership spans over 1600 tea tree farmers. Kutoka Ardhini ensures a fair wage is given to all, whilst also supporting the training of farmers.

Tea tree is harvested and distilled within the same day to ensure the freshest, essential organic oils are captured.
